Haus Martinus is located in the heart of Mayrhofen in the Zillertal Valley and is easily accessible by car and public transport.
Arrival by car
Arriving by car is via the A12 Inntal Autobahn:
- From Germany via Munich and Kufstein
- From Austria via Innsbruck
- From Switzerland via Feldkirch and Innsbruck
- From Italy via the Brenner Pass and Innsbruck
Exit the A12 at the Zillertal (Wiesing/Zillertal) exit and then follow the B169 Zillertal main road for approximately 30 km to Mayrhofen. Immediately after the Spar supermarket on the bypass, turn left – after 100 m you will find Haus Martinus on the left-hand side of the road.
Arrival by train
Travel comfortably and sustainably by train:
- International train connections to Jenbach (ICE, Railjet, EC)
- In Jenbach, change to the Zillertalbahn (Zillertal Railway)
- The Zillertalbahn takes you directly to Mayrhofen train station
From Mayrhofen train station, you can reach Haus Martinus in just a few minutes on foot or by taxi.
Arrival by plane
The nearest airports are:
- Innsbruck Airport (INN), approx. 75 km
- Salzburg Airport (SZG), approx. 170 km
- Munich Airport (MUC), approx. 190 km
Regular train connections from the airports are available via Innsbruck or Jenbach to Mayrhofen. Alternatively, you can rent a car or use an airport transfer.
