Booking information for Haus Martinus, Mayrhofen

• Short stays available upon request.
• Tea towels are changed every six weeks for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Our guests are welcome to relax and soak up the sun in the garden.
• Free parking is available directly at the house.
• We love animals, however, pets are not allowed in the apartments (out of consideration for future guests).
• On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM.
• On your arrival day, it will be available from 3:00 PM at the latest.
• Your booking, confirmed by us in writing, is only valid after we have received your deposit (free of charge).
• We do not accept debit or credit cards. You can pay your bill in cash on arrival or transfer the amount to our account before your arrival.

Our cancellation policy is as follows

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
• Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
• 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total price
• In case of no-show, late arrival, early departure, or reduction of the number of guests, the full price will be charged.
